1. Submit your firearm

Use the Get My Free Offer form or call 214-897-5800. Include manufacturer, model, caliber or gauge, condition and any accessories or documentation, plus photos of both sides, the markings and the bore or muzzle.

For collections, an approximate count and a few representative photos are enough to start the conversation.

2. Evaluation

We identify the firearm precisely, assess condition and originality separately, account for accessories and documentation, and compare it against current market conditions and comparable sales.

3. Receive your offer

Offers can generally be provided within approximately 72 hours of receiving complete firearm information and photos. The offer is a direct purchase offer from a licensed firearms business, not a broker estimate.

4. Accept the offer

If you accept, we send next-step instructions in writing. If you decline, that is the end of it — no fee, no obligation, no follow-up pressure.

5. Shipping or local transfer

Follow the instructions we provide. A prepaid shipping label is provided where applicable. Sellers near our Highland Village premises often arrange local transfer instead.

Do not ship any firearm before receiving written instructions from us.

6. Inspection

When the firearm arrives it is logged in as required, then inspected and verified against the description you provided. If it matches, we move straight to payment. If something material differs, we contact you before doing anything else.

7. Get Paid Fast, Securely and Without Surprises

Once your firearm arrives and completes inspection and verification, we move your transaction directly into payment processing.

You choose your preferred payment method, and we keep you updated so you know when your firearm has been received, when inspection is complete, and when your payment has been issued.

What If Something Doesn't Match?

We're not looking for reasons to change your offer. If the firearm matches the information provided, the accepted offer moves forward as agreed.

If we discover a material difference that affects the value, such as a different model, significant undisclosed damage, missing major components or a materially different condition, we contact you and explain the issue before changing the transaction.

You'll Know When Payment Is Sent

You receive confirmation when payment has actually been issued, including:
