Offers

Submitting a request does not create an offer, guarantee an offer amount, or obligate either party. Any offer we make is based on the information and photos provided and is subject to inspection of the firearm on arrival.

Shipping

Do not ship any firearm to us before accepting an offer and receiving written shipping instructions. Firearms sent without prior written instructions are not accepted.

Evaluations

A purchase offer is a firearm evaluation. It is not necessarily the same thing as a formal insurance, probate or certified appraisal.

Compliance

Transactions are handled in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for their lawful ability to sell the firearm.
