Never ship before you have instructions

Shipping starts only after an offer is accepted and we have sent you written instructions. Firearms sent without prior arrangement create compliance and tracking problems for everyone involved.

Packaging fundamentals

Good packaging protects both the firearm and its value.

  • Use a sturdy outer box with no firearm branding or markings
  • Immobilize the firearm so it cannot shift in transit
  • Protect muzzle, sights, optics and any original box separately
  • Include the documentation we ask for, and nothing that is not requested
  • Seal all seams and keep the tracking number

After it arrives

The firearm is logged in as required, inspected and verified against the described condition. If it matches the description, payment proceeds on the agreed terms. If something material differs, we contact you before doing anything else.
